NOTE: All yoga classes are currently cancelled while we work on enhancing our grounds.

Yoga, a grounding and awakening compliment to start your weekend days. We offer a complimentary gentle Yoga session on the Lawn every Saturday and Sunday at 9:00 am - 9:45am. Sign up is required with the Front Desk 24hrs ahead of time, subject to change without notice.

Spa Arrival & Etiquette

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure your treatment starts on time. We require you to fill in aGuest Consultation Form advising us of any medical history and concerns in order for us to tailor your treatment experience. Please note thatlate arrivals may result in a reduction of your treatment experience.

Spa Cancellation Policy

Treatment times have been scheduled for you. If you must reschedule or cancel any spa appointments or packages, please notify the spa 24hours in advance. Missed appointments without proper notices are subject to a 100% charge for reserved services.

Spa Attire

You will receive a bathrobe to wear between treatments, as well as a locker for your personal belongings. We request that you please leave jewelry and valuables in your hotel room or at home, or store them safely in the locker provided.

Spa Gratuity
A 20% gratuity will be added for all treatments reserved.

We do have some unique experiences available on a limited basis such as oracle card readings, shamanic healing and breath work sessions, sound baths, and more. Please inquire with the Front Office Manager if you would like more information.
