• Room rates do not include occupancy tax (14.695%), nor resort fee ($40.00 per day).
  • Colony Palms Hotel guest rooms are smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be posted to your room if this policy is not respected.
  • RESORT FEE: A resort fee for $40.00 per day will be posted to your room nightly. It is our pleasure to provide valet or self parking, wireless internet, faxing services, daily digital newspaper service, bike rental, local phone calls, and morning coffee. This fee is not included in your base hotel rate.
  • As a convenience, Colony Palms Hotel provides an open-air parking facility. Colony Palms Hotel is not responsible for any damages to any vehicles parked on property.
  • Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 12pm. Late check-outs are based on availability (including Colony Palms VIP Club Cards). The assessment will be made the morning of departure.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages/missing items and incidental charges to guest rooms. Fees may be posted to room folio after check-out. Colony Palms Hotel is not responsible for items left behind after check-out.
  • In the event of an early departure during a minimum stay requirement, a fee of one night’s room & tax will be charged.
  • THE SPA AT COLONY PALMS HOTEL: Spa changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to service to avoid a 50% fee. No shows will be charged in full value of the spa service.
  • CHILDREN: While Colony Palms Hotel welcomes guests of all ages, the hotel caters to an adult experience in terms of entertainment and culture. We ask that parents monitor their children carefully so as not to affect the experience of other guests. No pool toys of any kind are allowed inside or around the pool.
  • WE WARMLY WELCOME DOGS: A $100 fee applies per dog. Dogs must be reserved prior to arrival in a room featuring a patio. Dogs must be under 40 pounds. For the comfort of all guests and the safety of our housekeeping team, dogs may not be left unattended in the guest room and may not make use of the pool, fitness center or spa.
  • An authorization of up to $200 per day above your room rate will be placed on your credit/debit card upon check-in. Please be advised that this hold may take up to five (5) business days to be released. Checking accounts connected to a debit card used for this hold will not have access to these funds during this time. A credit card is strongly recommended to be used instead.


Wedding Blocks, President’s Weekend1, Coachella2, Stagecoach3, Memorial Day4 and Labor Day5 are all considered special events and the following guarantee and cancelation policies apply:

  • Special Event Guarantee – 50% deposit (including taxes and fees) is required for booking. 14 Days prior to arrival 100% deposit is required.
  • Special Event Cancel Policy – If Canceled 14 days prior to arrival, there will be no penalty. If canceled within 14 days of arrival, there is no refund, and 100% of the stay will be forfeited.
