- Our property is ADULTS only and no one under the age of 18 is allowed to stay on property.
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed on premises at any time unless they are dining at the restaurant or using the spa services. A $200 fee will be assessed per guest each day.
- Spa appointments are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment date, moving your appointment may be possible based on availability – please see front desk.
- There is a no smoking allowed on premises. If violated a $500 cleaning fee will be assessed for smoking in the guest rooms or patios. The credit card on file will be charged for this fee.
- No music is allowed poolside other than the music the “Hotel” provides.
- We are in a residential area and have noise restrictions from 10pm until 7am.
- No outside alcohol or food may be consumed on property including pool area. Only in guestrooms.
- Alcohol purchased on premises may not be removed from the hotel.
- Pool loungers are on a first come first serve basis, NO GUARANTEED SEATING, NO MOVING POOL FURNITURE. Placing items to save pool loungers in not allowed. Items left unattended in the pool area for more than 20 minutes will be collected and placed in storage.
- No flotation devices or coolers are allowed in or around the pool area at any time.
- Cabana rentals, please inquire with the front desk all reservations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
- Dogs must be on leash at all times. Please take them off premises to go potty. The Front Desk has pooh bags if you need them. (Pet fee $150)
